One response to “Hello World!”

  1. RETURNING TO NORMAL CONVERSATION AFTER A CONFLICT / MISUNDERSTANDINGS ….. Having differences is not unusual. Not adopting a remedial action to solve the issues in relations is unusual , unethical and harmful .   After a conflict or emotional argument, many of us fall into silence — either to protect ourselves or to make a point. Though we believe this gives us time to cool down, the truth is that prolonged silence causes more emotional damage than healing. When we stop talking to a loved one or colleague for hours, days, or even weeks, we unknowingly create a space filled with negative energy. Our minds, during this silent phase, replay the conflict repeatedly, generating thoughts of hurt, anger, and blame. We may feel justified in staying silent, thinking the other person needs to realize their mistake, but in reality, this period of non-communication leads to inner suffering, magnifies pain, and prevents healing. Even when nothing is said aloud, our thoughts carry vibrations of rejection and resentment, which affect not only our own emotional and physical health but also that of the other person. Over time, the relationship suffers, and the atmosphere at home or work turns cold and strained. It is essential to understand that silence doesn’t solve the problem; it delays resolution and builds walls. Instead, once the moment of conflict has passed, we must consciously choose to return to our normal thoughts, words, and behaviour. This does not mean ignoring the issue or pretending it never happened, but rather shifting from a space of hurt to one of understanding. We must remind ourselves that the person in conflict with us is someone we care about — a family member, a friend, a colleague — and their happiness and health matter to us, just as ours matter to them. Disagreements in opinion are natural, and not everyone will see things our way. The important thing is to express our views calmly, without aggression, and to respect the other person’s right to their opinion. After the discussion, rather than holding on to hurt or pride, we need to cleanse our minds of negative energy and restore emotional balance. It is always best not to wait for the other person to speak first. Take the initiative. Resume communication as if nothing unpleasant happened. Talk with calmness and kindness, and behave naturally — because this effort will help heal both hearts. Your choice to speak with unconditional respect and warmth will change the tone of the relationship, restore harmony, and most importantly, protect the emotional culture of your home or workplace. In the end, what matters most is not who was right or wrong in the conflict, but who chose to preserve the relationship with maturity, compassion, and love. Have wisdom With best wishes , love ,light , Respect and Regards Sachdev
